胃电刺激对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨胃电刺激对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃动力学的影响。方法选取糖尿病胃轻瘫患者72例,在控制血糖,改变饮食结构和习惯的同时,接受胃电刺激治疗,并在治疗前后检测空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油;行胃电图检测,记录胃电慢波主频、振幅和胃动过缓发生率(胃动过缓次数/总胃动次数),并行糖尿病胃瘫症状评分。结果治疗前、后患者餐后振幅均较餐前增高(P<0.05);治疗后,胃动过缓发生率餐前和餐后均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论胃电刺激可使糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的胃动力学发生变化,改善胃运动功能,减轻胃瘫症状。Objective To investigate the influence of gastric electrical stimulation on gastric motility in patients with diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 72 diabetic patients with gastroparesis were selected, gastric electrical stimulation therapy was given with the control of blood glucose, changing diet and habits at the same time;fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride were tested before and after treatment. EGG map was done, recording gastric slow wave frequency（ FP）, amplitude（AP） and bradyg- astria incidence （ bradygastria number/total number of motilin ） , parallel diabetic gastroparesis symptom score. Results Before and after treatment compared with postprandial AP was higher than fasting APbefore and after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The fasting and postprandial bradygastria incidence after treatmentwas less than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Gastric electrical stimulation can change the gastric motility of diabetic gastroparesis patients, improve the gastric motor function, and reduce symptoms of gastroparesis.
