摘　　要：Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员。抗survivin抗体作为一种血清学标志物,在大多数肿瘤和部分癌前病变患者血清中高表达,可能与免疫系统的生物学放大效应有关。在不同的肿瘤中,抗survivin抗体的表达水平有差异。一次检测若干种标志物有助于提高标志物检测的灵敏性,而特异性却没有明显的下降,提示联合检测在肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗以及判断复发方面有良好的应用前景。Survivinis a new inhibitor of apoptosis（ IAP）pretein. As a serologic tumor marker,anti-survivin antibody has been detected in the sera of patients with common cancers and some precancerous changes ,which is probably related to the very efficient biological amplification of immune system performs. The expression level of anti-survivin antibody in different cancers is not identical. Measuring several biomarkers at one time can sub- stantially increase the sensitivity without significant decrease in specificity,indicating the considerable potential of this combined method of testing for the early diagnosis.therapy and predicting recurrence.
