摘　　要：鉴别簇44(CD44)是一类重要的尚未归类的黏附分子,广泛分布于细胞表面,是细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质相互识别和作用的分子基础。CD44又是一种特异性淋巴细胞归巢受体,在多种高转移性肿瘤细胞上表达,CD44阳性的瘤细胞可能因获得类似淋巴细胞成分的伪装,而容易进入淋巴结形成转移灶。CD44基因与许多肿瘤的浸润和转移有关,其在乳腺癌细胞表面的异常表达,与乳腺癌的浸润和转移亦有着密切的关系。CD44, an important uncategorized adhesion molecule widely distributed on the cell surface, is the molecular basis of cellular adhesion and interaction in cell to cell and cell to extraeellular matrix（ECM）. CD44 is also a special lymphocyte homing receptor which can be expressed in many kinds of highly metastatic tumor cells, meanwhile they also showed that CD44-positive tumor cells incline to form metastasis in lymph node for the possible reason that the tumor cells acquire the lymphocyte-like component. CD44 gene is associ- ated with invasion and metastasis of many tumors including breast cancer. Here is to make a review on the re- search situation of CD^t in breast cancer.
