摘 要:目的:探讨四逆散对实验性溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大鼠IL-6和IL-17的影响,以及柴芍君臣配伍在组方中的作用。方法:将实验动物分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、四逆散组、柴芍枳组、柴芍甘组和柴芍组7组,采用免疫法造模,用ELISA法检测大鼠结肠黏膜组织和血清IL-6、IL-17水平。结果:模型组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-17明显高于正常组(P<0.05);与模型组比较,阳性对照组、四逆散组、柴芍枳组和柴芍甘组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-17均显著降低(P<0.05),柴芍组血清IL-17明显降低;与四逆散组比较,柴芍枳组和柴芍组大鼠血清IL-6显著增高,柴芍甘组大鼠血清IL-17显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:四逆散能够降低UC大鼠血清IL-6、IL-17水平,方中柴芍的君臣配伍对IL-17的影响发挥了主要作用,但对IL-6的作用不明显,需配伍配伍甘草后才能发挥重要作用。Objective :To study influence of compatibility of Bupleurum and Peony in Sini powders on expression of IL-6 and IL-17 in Ulcerative Colitis rats. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive control group, Sini powder group, chaishaozhi group, chaishaogan group and chaishao group.Ulcerative Colitis model rats were induced by immunization method.IL-6 and IL-17 levels in colonic mucosal tissue and serum were detected with ELISA. Results: Compared with normal group, IL-6 and IL-17 levels in serum were increased in model group(P〈0.05 ). Compared with model group, IL-6 and IL-17 levels in serum in positive control group, Sini powder group, chaishaozhi group and chaishaogan group were decreased,IL-17 level was decreased in chaishao group.Compared with Sini powder group,IL-6 level was increased in Chaishaozhi group and chaishao group (P〈O.05),IL-17 level was increased in ehaishaogan group. Conclusion:Sini Powders can reduce the levels of IL-6 and IL-17 in UC rats. Compatibility of Bupleurum and Peony plays an important role in expression of IL-17.Compatibility of Bupleurum, Peony and licorice has effect on expression of IL-6.
