摘 要:运用MATLAB中的优化算法,实现铝合金车轮花键套的尺寸优化设计。证明了在强度满足的情况下可以减小花键套的最小牙齿宽度、花键齿侧面工作高度的取值。并且通过数据分析得出了花键齿侧面工作高度从h=6 mm起,花键齿侧面工作高度对花键套牙齿体积的影响要大于最小牙齿宽度。优化结果同时表明采用MATLAB算法求解优化设计问题,不仅算法可靠有效,而且编写程序比较简单,设计效率也能够得到提高。The realization of mechanical optimization design of spline housing of the alumilum alloy wheel with MATLAB is discussed.The optimal solution proved that the size of the biggest teeth wide and operational height of spline housing can diminished.It’s also safe and can decrease the temper of axis and hub.At the same time,through data analysis from the tooth work height of spline,(At h = 6 mm later),the influence of the volume based on the tooth work height of spline are heavy than the minimum width of teeth.The result shows that by using the MAT LAB arithmetic,the mechanical design efficiency can be improved because not only the arithmetic is reliable and effective but also the program designed is simple.
