摘　　要：研究型大学是教学、科研处于领先地位的大学,是其他众多高校的榜样,应该时刻注意自己的影响力和示范性。在教师评价过程中如何科学、公正、可操作地评价本校教师,在教师评价之后用统计数据如何执行绩效管理,不同研究型大学有不同的方式和办法。比较发现,广大教师呼吁恰当的评价、适当的评判和酌情的引导,反对以整人、惩罚为导向的大学教师绩效评估制度。The research university is teaching, scientific research is in the lead of the university, is an example of the many other universities, should be aware of your influence and demonstration. The teacher evaluated in the process of how to science, justice, but operation evaluation of the teachers, in the teachers＇ evaluation by the statistical data after how executive performance management, different research university in different ways and measures. Comparison, the teacher called on of the assessment, the appropriate evaluation and take into consid- eration the guidance, opposed to those trick, punish oriented university faculty performance evaluation system.
