摘　　要：地方上大多数测试员具有良好的专业素质、技能素质和品格素质,具备了合格测试员的必要条件,但离优秀的高层次的测试员的标准还有一些距离。关注测试员的素质发展,重视语感能力的培养,加强后续培训和督导,完善管理机制,才能更好地提升测试员的测试能力。The majority of examiners in our local areas have well-rounded academic background, technical skills and quali-ty, which are the necessities of a qualified examiner but are not sufficient to ensure excellence. To reinforce their test competen-cy, close attention should be paid to their quality development, cultivation of language sense, advancement of continuous training and supervising, and optimization of management system.
