摘　　要：目的评价椎动脉多层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)在后循环缺血(PCI)患者中的临床应用价值。方法对临床诊断为PCI的100例患者进行椎动脉CTA检查,对椎动脉的起始、走行、管腔狭窄及周围骨性结构压迫情况进行分析。结果 100例PCI患者椎动脉CTA中椎动脉异常91例,其中椎动脉先天性变异123支;粥样硬化狭窄142段,椎动脉闭塞3段;钩椎关节增生压迫135段。结论 CTA能很好地显示椎动脉管腔及周围情况,对PCI患者具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of the vertebral artery CT angiography（CTA） in the posterior circulation ischemia（PCI）.Methods The vertebral artery CTA examinations were performed in 100 patients with PCI.The CTA images were analyzed,including the origin,running,stenosis and surrounding bony structures of the vertebral artery.Results Vertebral artery abnormalities were found in 91 cases,including 123 vessels of congenital variation,142 vessels of atherosclerotic stenosis,3 vessels of artery occlusion and 135 vessels with oppression of Luschka joint.Conclusion Lumens and surrounding circumstances of vertebral artery could be well shown using CTA examination,which has important clinical application value in the patients with PCI.
