摘　　要：技术溢出效应是东道国通过引进外资提升本国企业技术水平的重要途径之一。文章在借鉴国内外对技术溢出效应研究的基础上,分析了技术溢出效应产生的机制,并建立了测度不同FDI方式下技术溢出效应的模型,通过对我国近19年时间序列数据的实证检验,文章发现FDI在我国的独资化趋势对技术溢出产生负效应,而合资方式有利于技术溢出效应的产生。Technology spillover effect is one of the most important ways for host countries to upgrade their technological competitiveness through the introduction of foreign capital.In this paper,based on studies into the technology spillover effect both home and abroad,econometrical analysis are carried out in the aspect of how the different choices of FDI entries would affect the spillovers.By measuring time series data in 16 years’ length,conclusion in this paper that sole proprietorship causes negative effects on technology spillovers,while joint venture brings about the positive effects.
