隆言泉教育思想对高校提高人才培养质量的启示

摘　　要：隆言泉先生是我国制浆造纸工程学科的奠基人之一,其毕生精力全部贡献给该学科的教育发展。结合隆言泉先生教育实践,对高水平人才培养的主要因素:教学与实践、教学与教材、科研与实践、与国际接轨、招生培养、思想道德建设、学术团队建设及科研基地建设等方面进行了分析,以期对高校高水平人才培养有所启发。Mr.Long Yanquan is one of the founders in pulp and paper engineering in our country.He contributed his lifetime to the education development of the subject.Combining with Mr.Long Yanquan’s educational practice,from the point of view of high level talents cultivation factors.the authors analyzed the teaching and practice,teaching materials and teaching,scientific research and practice,intercommunication with international colleagues,students training,ideological and moral construction,the construction of academic teams and scientific research base construction and other aspects.The study will be beneficial to the current high level talent training.
