摘  要:热压烧结制备了SiO2 AlN Si3 N4天线窗复合材料 ,研究了第二相和第三相颗粒的引入对SiO2 AlN Si3 N4复合材料力学性能和热学性能的影响。结果说明第二相和第三相颗粒的引入对SiO2 AlN Si3 N4复合材料的力学性能有显著的补强增韧作用 ,SiO2 AlN Si3 N4复合材料的临界热震温差在 60 0℃左右。The investigation of mechanical and thermal properties of SiO 2 AlN Si 3N 4 composites were conducted in this paper.The results showed that mechanical properties can be greatly enhanced when incorporating AlN and Si 3N 4 particles into SiO 2 matrix.Flexural strength and fracture toughness were 175MPa and 1 65MPa·m 1/2 for 70SiO 2 20AlN 10Si 3N 4 composite and 134MPa and 1 65MPa·m 1/2 for 70SiO 2 10AlN 20Si 3N 4 composite respectively.XRD analysis indicated that the precipitation of cristobalite can be refrained in the experimental temperature.The thermal expansion coefficient varied from negative to positive and reached 2 61×10 -6 K -1 for 70SiO 2 20AlN 10Si 3N 4 composite and 2 34×10 -6 K -1 for 70SiO 2 10AlN 20Si 3N 4 composite respectively in the temperature range from RT to 1200℃.The critical thermal shock temperature difference was about 600℃.
