摘  要:进行了添加额外碳源作为共代谢基质处理碳纤维生产废水的可行性研究。结果表明:以蔗糖作为共代谢基质时二甲亚砜的去除效果较好,最佳处理条件为:pH=8.5~9.0,水力停留时间24h,DO≥2.0mg/L,蔗糖及磷酸铵分别按进水质量浓度的0.25倍和0.15倍添加。连续稳定实验表明:当ρ(进水二甲亚砜)<300mg/L时,ρ(出水二甲亚砜)稳定在检出限以下,出水水质澄清。当ρ(进水二甲亚砜)≥350mg/L时,对系统有较强的抑制作用。Feasibility of carbon fiber production wastewater treatment by adding external co-metabolism substrate as carbon source was studied. The results showed that the better effect of dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) removal could be reached by using sucrose as co-metabolism substrate. The optimumdisposal conditions were pH at 8.5~9.0, hydraulic retention time of 24 h, DO≥2.0 mg/L, sucrose and ammonium phosphate were added to 0. 25 times and 0. 15 times respectively according to the influent DMSO concentration. Continuous and steady experiment showed that, when the influent DMSO concentration was below 300 mg/L, the effluent concentration was stably below detection limits,andwater quality was clear. When the influent concentration reached above 350 mg/L, the system was strong restrained.
