摘　　要：萧洪恩教授是1986年投身土家族哲学研究的。20多年来,他历尽艰辛在土家族哲学的研究领域取得了丰硕的成果。特别是2009年,他在人民出版社出版的80万字的《土家族哲学通史》一书,使土家族哲学研究达到了一个新的高峰,甚至完全可以说,萧洪恩已经成为土家族哲学研究的第一人。在今天,土家族研究面临着提升学理水平、推动土家族区域经济社会的可持续发展、协作攻关等艰巨任务,萧洪恩正在努力着。Professor Xiao Hong-en started to research Tujia philosophy in 1986, and he has made great achievements in the study field of Tujia philosophy in the past 20 years, most importantly, his book History of Tujia Philosophy which covers 0.8 million words, was published by People＇s Publishing House in 2009, which made the study on Tujia philosophy to reach a new peak. Therefore,it can be even said that professor Xiao Hong-en is the first person in the study of Tujia philosophy. Nowadays, study on Tujia is facing so many arduous tasks, such as raising the theoretical level, promoting economic and social sustainable development in Tuiia areas, collaborative research and so on. We sincerely hope that professor Xiao Hong-en will make more brilliant achievements in the process of finishing this difficult research task.
