摘  要:目的提出计算T形钢管混凝土芯柱的正截面承载力的有效方法,为钢管混凝土在工程中的设计和应用提供参考依据.方法基于平截面假定和材料模型,利用数值积分法编制了适用于计算T形钢管混凝土芯柱正截面承载力的非线性分析程序,得出极限承载力的电算结果以及不同钢管厚度和不同混凝土强度等级的N-M相关曲线.结果在偏压作用下,混凝土强度等级变化以及含钢率对T形钢管混凝土芯柱极限承载力影响明显.极限承载力随混凝土强度等级提高而提高,但是随着偏心距增大混凝土强度等级对极限承载力提高幅值越小;钢管壁越厚,含钢率大,提供核心混凝土的约束力越强,相同M值能承受的力越大,抗震性能与延性越好.结论实际工程应用时,通过试件的数值计算分析得出的M-N曲线可以快速计算出钢管厚度,为T形钢管混凝土芯柱的方案设计提供便利.The purpose of the paper is to present effective way to figure out the bearing capacity of normal section of concrete-filled steel tube T shaped core columns, and provide a reference for the design and application of concrete filled steel tube in the project. Based on plane section assumption and material model, using numerical integration to compose nonlinear program that is suitable for calculating formal section bearing capacity of concrete-filLed steel tube T-shaped core columns and obtain both computer calculated results of ultimate bearing capacity and N-M interrelated curves of different steel tube thickness and different concrete strength grade. Under unsymmetrical pressure, steel ratio and the change of concrete strength grade have a conspicuous influence on ultimate bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tube T-shaped core columns. The ultimate bearing capacity with the concrete strength increased and improved, but as the amplitude of the smaller eccentricity increases the strength grade of concrete to improve the ultimate bearing capacity. The thicker the steel pipe wall, steel ratio, the stronger the binding core concrete, the greater the force the same value of M can withstand seismic performance and ductility, the better. M-N curve analysis obtained by the numerical calculation of the specimen can quickly calculate the thickness of steel tube in the actual project, to facilitate the design of the T-shaped steel concrete core columns.
