摘 要:目的探讨脑卒中患者血清SIL-2R水平变化在预测继发肺部感染中的诊断价值。方法选取本院收治的78例脑卒中患者为研究对象,分为脑梗塞组与脑出血组。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测患者血清中SIL-2R浓度水平;同时观察研究对象中继发肺部感染的患者的SIL-2R水平变化情况。结果脑梗塞组患者中,继发肺部感染比例为18.60%。其中未感染患者SIL-2R平均水平为(348.68±28.39)μg/mL,感染患者平均水平为(425.48±48.35)μg/mL;脑出血组患者中,继发肺部感染比例为17.14%。未感染患者SIL-2R平均水平为(338.69±43.17)μg/mL,感染患者平均水平为(417.39±38.72)μg/mL。因此脑卒中继发感染患者SIL-2R平均水平明显高于未感染患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清SIL-2R水平动态变化为反映脑卒中患者免疫功能状态提供了新的检测指标,在预测脑卒中患者继发肺部感染具有一定的诊断意义。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of changes of the serum level of SIL-2R in patients with stroke in the prediction of secondary pulmonary infection. Methods 78 cases of stroke patients havewere divided into groups of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion The dynamic changes of SIL-2R level reflect the status of immune function in patients with stroke and provide a new detection index in the prediction of stroke patients with pulmonary infection.
