摘 要:目的优化微波消解猪肉测定铅的实验条件。方法设计三因素(功率、时间和压力)三水平的正交实验方案,微波消解标准猪肉,用原子吸收仪测定消解液铅含量,计算回收率,数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行方差分析。结果猪肉微波消解影响因素的顺序依次为功率>时间>压力,最佳组合为A3B3C2(功率80%、辐射时间180s、压力1.5Mpa),该条件下猪肉微波消解铅回收率为95.7%。结论标准猪肉在本正交设计优化条件下消解效果较为理想。Objective To optimize the conditions for lead-measurement in microwave-digested pork. Methods Standard pork was digested microwaveloy using orthogonal design on the basis of three factors involving power, time and pressure. Then lead level in pork digestion solution is measured by atomic absorptometer to calculate the recovery rate. The data were analyzed with ANOVA by SPSS 13.0. Results The major and minor order of the three relevant factors is power,time and pressure with the optimum combination of A3B3C2 (microwave power = 80%, radiation time ~ 180 s, pressure= 1. 5 Mpa). The optimized experiment condition with orthogonal design is the recovery rate of lead in pork after being microwave digested is 95.7%. Conclusion It have good digest effect that standard pork be digested by the optimized experiment condition.
