某省新型农村合作医疗制度对农村经济影响的研究

摘　　要：目的针对2007至2010年新农合基金运行状况及衣食住行、医疗保健等消费状况分析,以深入了解黑龙江新农合医疗制度对农村经济的影响。方法通过万方数据库文献查阅,现场数据收集,统计分析及统计描述等方法,包括Excel数据库,SPSS分析。结果三个样本县的新农合的参保率都有了明显上升;报销比例也随着年份不断增加;医疗保健水平提高了;消费水平也有了明显的改善。结论随着新农合制度的深入实施,推动了全省农村公共卫生体系的建设,也必将为黑龙江农村经济的发展和构建和谐社会作出巨大贡献。Objective To focus on the operation conditions of new agricultural cooperation fund from 2007 to 2010 as well as the consumption conditions of food,clothing,housing and transportation,medical care and etc.to make analysis in order to have a deep understanding of the impact of the new agricultural cooperative medical system in Heilongjiang on rural economy.Method Through literature reference via Wanfang database,on-site data collection,statistical analysis,statistical description and etc.,it includes Excel database and SPSS analysis.Result It turns out that the insurance participation rate of new agricultural cooperation in three sample counties are obviously improved;the reimbursement proportion is also continuously increased on yearly basis;the medical care level is improved;the consumption level is also obviously improved.Conclusion With in-depth implementation of new agricultural cooperation system,it promotes the construction of the rural public health system in the whole province.Also,it is for sure that it will make great contributions to the development of rural economy in Heilongjiang and the establishment of harmonious society.
