国外农民职业技术教育培训的经验对我国的启示

摘　　要：结合我国开展农民职业技术教育培训的现状,借鉴国外农民职业技术教育培训的有益经验,我国要从四个方来面开展农民职业技术教育培训,提高农民整体素质:一是加强农民职业技术教育培训的保障工作;二是建立和完善政府主导,分类负责,全员参与的农民教育培训的日常运行机制;三是建立政府主体多元投入的农民教育培训经费筹措机制;四是建立农民培训的监督机制。According to the situation of the farmers＇ vocational and technical education training in our country, and with the reference of the beneficial experience of foreign farmers＇ vocational and technical education training, the farmers＇ vocational and technical education training should be carried out to improve t the farmers＇ overall quality in the four as- peels： the first is to strengthen the security of the farmers＇ vocational and technical education training, the second is to establish and perfect a daily training mechanism of the leading role of the government, the classification and responsibility and the full participation, the third is to establish a training fund raising mechanism with multiple input by the govern- ment, and the fourth is to establish a farmer training supervision mechanism.
