摘　　要：在借鉴现有的学生干部培养研究成果的基础上,结合高职学生的特点和高职教育现状,对当前高职学生干部工作中存在的问题及其成因进行了分析,提出了高职学生干部培养的策略。On the basis of the research results of the cultivation of student leaders and by the combination vocational college students＇ features and the status quo of higher vocational education, this paper analyzes the problems which the student leaders meet with in their work and the causes, and puts forward the strategy of the cultivation of vocational college student leaders.
