摘  要:针对大型龙门加工中心动横梁的结构特征,基于能量平衡原理,以能量均匀性作为动态特性的表征完成了动横梁的机构优化。利用构建的有限元分析模型,采用模态分析确定横梁结构的变形方式,并且基于能量分析辨识惯性能和弹性势能集中分布的区域,根据能量平衡原理对动横梁结构进行改进。设计实例表明文中的方法对于提高动横梁能量分布的均匀性有较好的效果。For the structure of the moving beam in large-scale gantry machining center, using uniformity of energy distribution as the chief characterization of the dynamic characteristics, the author completed the structural optimization for the moving beam in large-scale gantry machining center based on the principle of energy balance. At first accomplish modal analysis to acquire the types of the beam deformation with the use of finite element model and then conduct energy analysis to identify the concentrated areas of the kinetic energy and strain energy. In the end, optimize the structure of the moving beam based on the principle of energy balance The design example shows that the uniformity of energy distribution of the moving beam has been improved.
