摘  要:在随机需求条件下,研究了由制造商、零售商和第三方共同构成的供应链系统的协调策略。运用Stackelberg博弈理论,比较集中决策和分散决策下的最优订货量和最优废旧商品回收率的大小,从而确定在分散决策下存在双边际效应。在此基础上证明了传统的制造商与零售商收入共享契约仅能保证供应链的达到半协调状态,进而提出了闭环供应链三方协调的收入——费用分享契约,并证明该契约能够在使得供应链达到协调的同时,实现分散决策下利润的帕累托改进。Under the condition of stochastic demand, coordination strategy of the closed-loop supply chain system consisting of manufacturer, retailer and the third party was studied. The optimal order quantity and return rate under centralized and decentralized decision were compared with the Stackelberg game, and then the double marginal effect under decentralized decision was known. After that, we proved the traditional revenue sharing contract can only coordinate the closedloop supply chain to half. So a revenue- and- expense sharing contract including three parts was proposed, and the contract can coordinate the supply chain and realize pareto improvement of profit.
