四川省体育教育专业毕业生择业趋势调查与分析

摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和市场意识的逐步深入,"双向选择、自主择业"的毕业生就业体制基本建立。大学生就业难的问题日趋突出,已经成为制约高校进一步发展的"瓶颈"。作者运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对四川省体育教育专业毕业生择业情况进行调查,提出了改革课程体系与专业设置,招生与就业接轨,建立和完善毕业生择业服务和指导体系,完善自身素质和能力等建议。With the establishment of socialist market economy and step - down of market awareness, the ＂ Two- way choice, Job -hunting by Self- determination＂ employment mechanism has been formed. The harsh employment of college graduate has become the ＂bottleneck＂ that restricts the development of colleges and univer- sities. By applying methods of literary reviewing, survey and mathematical statistics, the current study researches into the PE education graduates＇job - seeking of Sichuan Province. The author proposes some improvements in curriculum system and setting of majors, connection between recruitment and employment, career development service and instruction, as well as graduates＇qualities and abilities.
