摘 要:在常温环境下,测试了一台6缸柴油机在80~340 r/min下的平均起动阻力矩,采用单因素方差分析法,分析转速对平均起动阻力矩的影响规律,结果表明:平均起动阻力矩随转速升高先快速降低,然后趋于平缓,并存在一个160 r/min的拐点转速,当转速在80 160 r/min,平均起动阻力矩快速减小,转速对起动阻力矩有显著影响;当转速在160 340r/min,平均起动阻力矩有微小波动,转速对平均起动阻力矩影响不显著。The mean starting resistance torque was measured when a 6-cylinder diesel engine was dragged from 80 r/min to 340 r/min under a normal temperaturc's test-bed. The effect of starting speed to starting resistance torque was analyzed with one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that the mean starting resistance torque was reduced sharply at the beginning and then the change turns to gentleness. During the whole starting speed, there is an inflexion speed of 160 r/min. When the speed is increased from 80 r/min to 160 r/min, the mean starting resistance torque was reduced quickly. The effect of starting speed on starting resistance torque is greatly obviously, but it turns to indistinctive when the mean starting resistance torque change slightly during the speed is increased from 160 r/min to 340 r/min.
