温阳法在《伤寒论》“三阳篇”中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳法在《伤寒论》"三阳篇"中的应用。方法:通过研读《伤寒论》总结"三阳篇"的临床应用。结果:《伤寒论》以六经辨证为纲领,其治法内容丰富,囊括了汗、吐、下、和、温、清、消、补八法,其温阳思想贯穿于始终。"三阳篇"中的温阳法涉及内容广泛,通过通胸阳以散阴霾,温脾阳以调枢机,壮肾阳以助气化,从而达到平衡阴阳以治阳虚的目的。结论:温阳法实为临床温法之祖,该理论目前广泛运用于临床各科,效果显著。Objective：To study the application of warming yang therapy in the chapter ＂Sanyang＂ of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Methods：Clinical application of chapter ＂Sanyang＂ was concluded through studying and analyzing Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Results：Treatise on Febrile Diseases was based on the syndrome differentiation of six channels,which had rich therapy and content,and included ＂diaphoresis,emesis,purgation,mediation,warming,clearing,resolving and tonifying＂ eight methods,and its theory of warming yang penetrated the whole treatise.Method of warming yang in the chapter ＂Sanyang＂ involved an extensive content.Through opening chest yang to remove obstruction,warming spleen yang to regulate the pivot and tonifying kidney yang to consolidate the kidney-qi,the deficiency of yang could be cured by keeping the balance of yin and yang.Conclusion：Warming kidney yang is the origin of clinical warming therapy,which has been widely utilized in all clinical departments and has outstanding effects.
