摘　　要：由于具有不同于普通人的病理性心理活动,很多精神障碍者的违法犯罪行为同样也表现出了异于普通人犯罪的特点。刑侦人员如果熟悉和掌握这些特点,对于在刑侦过程中及时发现和识别精神异常的作案者具有极为重要的现实意义。Due to different pathological mental activity of ordinary people, many persons with mental disorders shows the different characteristics of ordinary crime. If the criminal investigators are familiar with and master these features, they will discover and identify the perpetrators of mental disorders in time.
