摘　　要：2010年底,团中央、教育部党组在全国范围内开展了高校团干部到县级团委挂职的工作,一年来挂职工作取得了良好成效。作者结合自身挂职经历,以江苏省首批挂职团干部为例,从职业生涯发展的视角,分析了高校挂职团干部的阶段性特点,阐述了到县级团委挂职的意义、作用和启示。By the end of 2010,the central group,education carried out throughout the country college cadres at or above the county level to some youth corps committee,a years some work has obtained the good effect.The author of some experience,the first in Jiangsu province some cadres as an example,from the perspective of career development,analyzes on the conditions of the current stage of some cadres characteristics,and expounds the significance of the communist youth league at or above the county level credentials,function and enlightenment.
