摘 要:以优质的食用木薯淀粉为原料,制备了一种交联-氧化-季铵型阳离子醚化三元复合变性淀粉,用于造纸工业。采用单因素和正交实验法考察了各种因素对产品性能的影响。结果表明,以食用木薯淀粉用量为100%计,当POCl3用量为质量分数0.08%,H2O2用量为质量分数3.5%,3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵用量为质量分数12%时,制备的复合变性淀粉产品应用于草浆纸张抄造,所造纸张的平均拉力达2.9N/m2,比使用原淀粉所造纸张平均拉力提高近2倍,解决了草浆原料所造纸品强度低、品质差的难题。Using straw pulps as raw materials,the composite modified starch (cross-linked, oxidized, and quaternary ammonium cationic etherification) was prepared by the reaction of edible tapioca starch with POCl3, H2O2, and 3-chloro-2- hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride,respectively,which was applied into papermaking industry. Single factor tests and orthogonal experiments were carried out to find the impacts of various factors on the product properties. The results showed that:for edible cassava starch amount as 100%, POCl3 amount of 0.08%, H2O2 amount of 3.5%, 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride amount of 12%, the use of the composite modified starch prepared in straw pulp papermaking could improve the average pull strength of the paper up to 2.9 N/m^2 , being nearly 3 times as that using native starch. This research provided a solution to low intensity and poor quality of paper produced using straw pulps.
