北京百万庄住宅区建筑的文化特征与存在价值研究

摘　　要：随着北京城市建设的快速发展,很多具有历史意义和文化特色的建筑被拆毁,同时又出现不少盲目复古和拆真建假之类的"保护中的破坏"等现象.北京百万庄住宅区作为新中国首都城市的第一个居住小区,历经60多年的风雨沧桑,目前也面临着去留问题.本文拟通过北京百万庄住宅区建筑的四个独特的文化特征,就百万庄地区建筑的存在价值进行探讨研究,针对"是该被现代化的高楼大厦所取代,还是该将这片有着独特的历史意义和建筑文化意义的居住建筑群保留下来得以传承?"这个严肃的问题给出了一个明确的答案.With the rapid development of the Beijing urban construction,a lot of buildings of historic and cultural characteristics are being broken down,but at the same time,there have appeared a phenomenon of ＂destruction for the sake of protection＂,that is,many buildings are blindly restored in ancient ways by blindly breaking down the original ones.Beijing Baiwanzhuang residential area,as the first residential quarter in the capital city,is also facing the problem of ＂to be or not to be＂ after 60 years of wind and rain.The existence value of the buildings in Baiwanzhuang area by means of its four unique cultural features is researched in this paper.In view of the serious problem ＂whether it should be replaced by modern tall buildings,or it should be conserved and kept down as residential buildings of unique historical and cultural meanings,a clear answer is given out.
