PDIA3在口腔鳞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的：探讨蛋白质二硫键异构酶A3（protein disulfide isomeraseA3，PDIA3）在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法：实验分实验组（鳞癌组）和对照组（正常组），各20例。采用半定量RT—PCR和Western blot等实验方法分别检测两组PDIA3的mRNA和蛋白水平表达。结果：与对照组比较，实验组PDIA3在mRNA水平高表达，两组比较差异有显著性（O．617±0．152vs0．226±0．106，P〈0．05）。同样，与对照组比较，实验组PDIA3在蛋白水平也呈高表达．两组比较差异有显著性（O．561±0．131vs0．154±0．087，P〈0．05）。结论：本实验研究发现口腔鳞癌组织中，PDIA3在mRNA和蛋白水平明显高表达。PDIA3是具有多种生物学功能的蛋白质二硫键异构酶之一，可能参与了口腔鳞癌的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expressions of protein disulfide isomemseA3 （ PDIA3 ） in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods In two groups,oral squamous cell carcinoma group （ n = 20 ）, control group （ n = 20 ）, the expression of PDIA3 in kidney was detected by RT - PCR and Western blot. Results Compared with control group, the mRNA expression of PDIA3 in oral squamous cell carcinoma group increased significantly （P 〈 0.05 ） as well as protein expression. Conclusion PDIA3 may play an important role in oral squamous cell carcinoma.
