摘　　要：介绍了一种交流伺服系统的高精度、高稳定的转矩控制模式,以高性能交流伺服控制器、交流伺服电机为核心控制元件,采用PLC软件联锁、保护,对交流伺服电机的转矩进行高精度控制,使电机在较宽的转速范围均能保证恒转矩。A precise invariableness torque control system of AC servo driver is presented~ The proposed system uses high performance AC servo drive and AC servo motor as its core control component, PLC software phase - locked technique is adopted to obtain precise control of AC servo motor of invariableness torque, AC servo motor can keeping invariableness torque in extensive rotate speed.
