摘　　要：目的:探讨眼球破裂伤后Medpor义眼台Ⅰ期植入的手术方法,观察术后临床效果。方法:对19例19眼严重眼球破裂伤患者行眼球摘除及球内容剜除手术后实施Medpor义眼台Ⅰ期植入。结果:本组病例19例19眼均取得满意效果,外观饱满,活动良好,术后无感染及排异反应。结论:重度眼球破裂伤后Ⅰ期行球内容剜出术及Medpor义眼台植入术,是一种可行的治疗原则。Objective To investigate the surgical treatment and clinical results of ocular rupture with Medpor porous polyethylen orbital implant. Methods Totally 19 patients 19 eyes with ocular rupture underwent primary Medpor porous polyethylen orbital implantion after enucleations. Results 19 patients primary Medpor porous polyethylen orbital implantion after enucleations were satisfied with appearance and activity of artificial eyes,no patients had infection and rejection, Conclusion Primary Medpor porous polyethylen orbital implantion after enucleations is an effective and safe surgical method.
