摘 要:目的:研究根据不同的患者,不同的牙列情况,建立基于螺旋CT扫描图像的上颌牙列的三维重建模型和三维有限元模型,为上颌牙列的正畸矫治提供一定的理论指导。方法:选择男女两名自愿者作为建模素材,通过螺旋CT扫描技术得到头部二维CT图像,应用三维影像技术取出含上颌牙列部分图像,对截取图像重建三维模型,最后在ANSYS中建立上颌牙列的三维有限元模型。结果:获得了细致逼真的上颌牙列三维重建影像和三维有限元模型。结论:综合运用CT扫描、三维建模等技术可以获得不同个体的上颌牙列三维有限元模型,为临床上颌牙列的正畸矫治提供一定的理论依据。Objective The three-dimensional rebuilding model established based on different patients dentitions in different and finite element model of maxillary dentition were situations. It provides some theoretical guidance for orthodontic treatment. Methods Two volunteers (one is male and the other is female) were selected as modeling materials. CT images data of their heads were obtained by spiral CT and the images containing maxillary dentition were selected from three-dimensional imaging technology. Then the rebuilding model of selected images was achieved. At last the three-dimensional finite element model was established. Results The fine three-dimensional rebuilding model and finite element model of maxillary dentition were obtained. Conclusion The three-dimensional rebuilding model and finite element model of different individual maxillary dentition were obtained by using CT scanning, 3D modeling technology and some theoretical guidance was provided for clinical orthodontic treatment.
