摘 要:目的:观察并比较玻璃纤维桩复合树脂核与钴铬合金铸造桩核在楔缺露髓基牙修复中的临床疗效。方法:选取74颗楔缺露髓牙,分别用较玻璃纤维桩复合树脂核(A组37颗)与钴铬合金铸造桩核(B组37颗)进行修复,患者经过2~3年随访,观察其临床修复效果。结果:A组治疗37颗,失败1颗,B组治疗37颗,失败4颗,A组的成功率为97.3%,B组的成功率为89.2%,两组修复效果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:较玻璃纤维桩复合树脂核与钴铬合金铸造桩核在楔缺露髓基牙修复中的临床疗效无显著性差异。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of glass fiber post and Co-Cr alloy mode metal post in exposed pulp abutment teeth missing wedge restoration. Methods Glass fiber posts (group A,37 teeth) and Co-Cr alloy mode metal posts ( group [3, 37 teeth) were used for exposed pulp abutment teeth missing wedge restoration, respectively. After follow up for 2-3 years,the restoration efficacy was compared between two groups. Results In group A,the treatment succeed in 36 teeth,but failed in one tooth. In group B,the treatment succeed in 33 teeth, but failed in four teeth.The rates of success were 97.3% and 89.2% in group A and group [3, respectively, but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Glass fiber post and Co-Cr alloy mode metal post have no significant difference for exposed pulp abutment teeth missing wedge restoration.
