摘 要:表观遗传学是指在不改变DNA序列的情况下影响基因的表达模式,这种基因表达模式的改变一般发生在体细胞的增殖和发展过程中,并通过有丝分裂逐代传递,表观遗传包括至少两个方面,即DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰。DNA甲基化作为表观遗传学的重要内容,与多种肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。近年来的研究发现,弥漫大B细胞性淋巴瘤相关基因异常甲基化与弥漫大B细胞性淋巴瘤发生、发展、预后及药物反应密切相关。现就弥漫大B细胞性淋巴瘤中的甲基化研究进展予以综述。Epigenetic processes have been described as an influencing pattern of gene expression without changing DNA sequence, which is usually established during somatic cell proliferation, development and transmitted through mitosis. Epigenetic processes includ at least two main mechanisms:DNA methylation and histone modification. DNA methylation, being one of the most important epigenetics topics, has been known for playing an important role in the genesis and development of various cancers. In recent years, with the stud- y development,it has been recognized that abnormal methylation of diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL) related genes is closely related to the genesis, development, prognosis, and drug reaction of DLBCL. Here re- views the study advances of DNA methylation in DLBCL.
