摘　　要：放射治疗是恶性肿瘤尤其是胸部恶性肿瘤的重要治疗方法之一,在胸部接受放射治疗的过程中,心脏不可避免地受到不同程度的照射,从而引起放射性心脏损伤(RIHD)。近年来,随着大剂量放疗在恶性肿瘤中的应用,RIHN也日益增多,目前已成为肿瘤治疗的重要临床并发症,同时也是影响放射治疗疗效的重要因素之一。As one of the major treatments of malignant tumors, radiotherapy is widely used nowadays, especially in thoracic tumors. However, during thoracic irradiation, the heart cannot avoid to be radiated, which causes radiation-induced heart disease （RIHD）. Along with the application of large-dosage radio- therapy in malignancies, RIHD are increasing as well, which has become an important clinical complication of malignant tumors＇ treatment, and one of the factors affecting the treatment effect.
