声波与镍钛器械联合预备C形根管的应用

摘　　要：C形根管是多发生于下颌第二磨牙的一种解剖变异的根管系统,国内人群发生率较高。由于此类根管解剖结构特殊,临床上对其清理和预备成形及充填存在诸多的困难,日益受到学者们重视。现代根管治疗技术的快速发展,声波与镍钛器械的临床应用,对其治疗产生了重大影响。现就目前对声波与镍钛器械预备C形根管的临床应用予以综述。The C-shaped canal system is an anatomical variation mostly seen in mandibular second mo- lars. The incidence is higher in Chinese population. The unique anatomic structures can lead to difficulties of cleaning, shaping and filling of the root canal system, calling for more attention from the researchers. With the rapid development of modern technology of root canal ＂therapy ,＇the sonic endodontie instrument and nickel-ti- tanium instruments has been applied to the C-shaped canal system in clinical practice. Here is to make a summary of the clinical application in recent years.
