摘　　要：《伤寒论》中寒热并用法主要表现在上热下寒证、表寒里热证、寒热夹杂证、反佐寒热并用四个方面,四者虽均为寒热并用法,但深究其用药仍有细微不同。临证遇到寒热错杂的病情时,当根据病位不同、寒热轻重差异及病情缓急遣方用药,而药物配伍、用药剂量及煎服法等方面亦应随证变化,以提高临床疗效。The simultaneous application of cold and heat drugs in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases mainly embodies in four aspects ： heat-above and cold-below syndrome, exterior-cold and interior-heat syndrome, cold-heat complex syndrome, simultaneous reverse application of cold and heat drugs, with slightly difference among their essential medications. Clinically, prescriptions and compatibility of drugs shouht be made according to the difference of disease location, severity and priority order for the coldheat complex disease, while compatibility of drugs, dosage and decocting methods should ＇also be changed according to different syndromes, so as to improve the clinical effect.
