早期宫颈癌患者外周血中CK19 mRNA的检测意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨CK19 mRNA在早期宫颈癌患者外周血中的表达水平及临床意义。方法:采用RT-PCR技术对47例Ⅰa～Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者及37例对照组健康体检者行外周血CK19 mRNA检测。结果:在Ⅰa～Ⅱa期患者外周血中CK19 mRNA阳性表达率为14.89%(7/47),对照组外周血中CK19mRNA阳性表达率为0%(0/37)。在Ⅰa～Ⅱa期中CK19 mRNA表达与淋巴结转移正相关(rs=0.367,P<0.05),与年龄、病理类型及分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论:CK19 mRNA表达在早期宫颈癌与淋巴是否结转移相关,与年龄、病理类型及分化程度无关;推测检测此指标可以作为预测宫颈癌淋巴结转移的指标。Objective：To explore expression level and clinical significance of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood of cervical cancer. Method：Expression of CK19 mRNA was detected in peripheral blood taken from 47 cases of Ⅰa ～ Ⅱa group cervical cancer patients and 37 healthy volunteers as controls by RT-PCR. Results：The positive detection rate of CK19 mRNA with Ⅰa ～ Ⅱa group cervical cancer patients in peripheral blood is 14. 89% （ 7 / 47） . The positive detection rate of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood of healthy check-up is 0% （ 0 /37） . The expression of CK 19 mRNA in peripheral blood of Ⅰa ～ Ⅱa group cervical cancer patients is related with lymph node metastasis,（ r s = 0. 367,P 〈 0. 05） ,not relate with age、pathological types and degree of differentiation. Conclusion：The expression of CK 19 mRNA is relation with early cervical cancer patients and lymph node metastasis,not relation with age、pathological types and degree of differentiation. And it can be used as indexes with the transfer of peripheral blood for cervical cancer.
