基于Delphi法的贵州省重症医学专科护士培养目标研究

摘　　要：目的构建符合贵州省情的重症医学专科护士培养目标。方法运用Delphi法对24名省内专家进行两轮咨询,采用重要性赋值平均分配法与百分权重法确定培养目标各指标的权重。结果构建了重症医学专科护士培养的总目标和具体目标,其中具体目标包括3个一级指标和39个二级指标。咨询问卷有效率分别为96%和100%,专家权威系数为0.898,一、二级指标Kendall’W系数分别为0.690和0.374。结论该研究构建的培养目标具有一定科学性和可行性,为贵州省重症医学专科护士培训设置课程内容、遴选教学方法、制定评价体系提供重要依据。Objective To construct the framework of training objectives for Critical Care Nurses in accordance with the condition of Guizhou province. Methods Totally 24 experts in Guizhou province were consulted by two rounds Delphi method. The weight of each index was determined by average importance distribution method and percentage weight method. Results Overall and specific objectives were constructed,with specific objectives including 3 first indexes and 39 second indexes. Questionnaire response rates were 96% and 100%. The authority coefficient was 0.898. The coordination coefficients of first indexes and second indexes were 0.690 and 0.374 respectively. Conclusion The framework of trainigg objectives is scientific and feasibility,which can provide important basis for curriculum design,teaching method selection and evaluation system formulation of Critical Care Nurse training.
