摘　　要：主要从荸荠新品种推广、种植分布、组培苗应用、产业加工等方面对广西荸荠产业的发展现状和存在的问题进行了阐述,并提出了广西荸荠产业发展建议。The paper analyzed the development status, such as promotion of new water chestnut euhivars, planting distribution, application of tissue culture plantlets, industry processing, and summarized the existing problems of water chestnut industry in Guangxi, Furthermore, the paper also put forward the development countermeasures of water chestnut industry in Guangxi.
