摘 要:股骨作为人体最大最粗的长骨具有典型生理意义,有着重要的研究价值。应用逆向工程原理,通过采集人体股骨CT图像数据,运用医学三维软件Mimics来重建人体股骨模型。对该模型进行后处理,能够快速得到比较理想的三维股骨有限元模型,并对其进行有限元分析,数据和结论可以为股骨手术医师提供一些理论上的指导,同时进一步加深了对股骨生物力学的认识。As the body's largest and most coarse long bones, the femur with typical physiological significance, have important research value. Applying the reverse engineering principle, through the acquisition of human femur CT image data, the human femur model is rebuilt by by using the medical 3D software Mimics.. By post-processing the model, the ideal three-dimensional femoral finite element model is quickly obtained,, which is subsequently analyzed by the finite element.. The data and conclusion can provide some theoretical guidance for the femur surgeon, and further deepen the biomechanics of the femur recognized.
