摘　　要：人才是党和国家重要的战略资源,人才选拔思想也是马克思主义人才思想的重要组成部分。在中国革命和建设实践中,中国共产党领导集体与时俱进,将马克思主义人才选拔思想运用到中国革命和建设的实践进程中,对人才选拔重要性的认识不断提升,人才选拔标准逐步完善,人才选拔范围不断拓宽,人才选拔观念逐步解放,既丰富和发展了马克思主义人才选拔思想,也为中国特色社会主义事业提供了强大的人才保证和智力支撑。The talent is the important strategic resources of the party and the country, the talents selection thought is an important part of Marxism talent thought. In the practice of the Chinese revolution and construction, the Chinese Communist Party leadership collective advance with the times, and apply the Marxist talents selection thinking to the practice of the Chinese revolution and construction process. Improve awareness of the importance of talents selection, gradually improve talents selection standards and continue to broaden the scope of talents selection, gradual emancipation of talents selection concept, enrich and develop the ideology of Marxism talents selection, but also provide the personnel and intellectual support for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
