摘　　要：对国家新闻标准中文新闻信息置标语言(CNML)进行了研究,与国际上其他标准进行比较,阐述其在结构及应用方面的突出优点,并根据CNML标准的结构特点进行了新闻发布系统基于B/S模式的开发设计。服务器端设计中我们采用JAXB技术实现CNML文档和关系型数据库的映射。在新闻内容解析端,采用Web2.0的Ajax技术,来实现异步获取新闻数据,可以有效节省通信带宽资源。jQuery框架对Ajax的应用进行了很好的封装,并实现了相应方法,通过Json格式传输数据可以进一步提高新闻内容解析的效率。we have described the structural characteristics and some features of the national news stand- ards- Chinese News Information Markup Language （CNML）, and by comparison with other national standards, have highlighted its advantages in the structure and application. According to the structure characteristics of CNML standard, we have designed a news release system based on B/S development mode. On the server side we have applied JAXB technology to achieve CNML document and relational database form mapping. On news content parsing side, with the technology of Ajax which belongs to Web2.0, we achieve the asynchronous access to news data from the server, and at the same time effective- ly save the communication bandwidth resource. JQucry framework of Ajax is a very good package, and has realized some corresponding methods . Using the Json format for transmitting data can further improve the efficiency of news content parsing.
