摘  要:在常见工程中,将柔性联轴器处理为线性阻尼和线性刚度,结果偏差较大.通过分析螺纹联轴器的非线性刚度项对传递扭矩和弯矩的影响,得出其非线性项表达式.基于有限单元法建立螺纹联轴器-悬臂转子模型,分析当系统出现联轴不对中时的不对中力矩、不平衡力,并以位移为未知量,将Wilson-θ和Newton-Raphson迭代法相联合求解动力学方程,最后对不对中量随转速升高而发生的慢变和突变现象进行仿真.研究表明:随着转速的增加,系统发生不对中量的突变与慢变时,分频振动现象很明显,并且突变带来的危害比慢变大.While the flexible coupling is generally treated as the linear damping and stiffness,a significant deviation exists.With analysis on the impact of nonlinear stiffness equation upon torque and bending moment transfers,the nonlinear expression is first obtained.Based on a flexible-coupling and boom-rotor system model via finite element method,the misalignment moments and unbalance forces are analyzed.By regarding the displacement as an unknown variable,the dynamical equation is then solved combining the Wilson-θ and Newton-Raphson iteration methods.Finally,the slow and sudden misalignment variations along with increasing rotary speeds are simulated.Therefore,if the sub-frequency vibrations obviously occur,the damage from sudden variations is higher than that from slow variations.
