摘 要:目的:建立八味小檗皮散中没食子酸的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:SwellChromstarTMC18柱(5μm,4.6×250mm);流动相:甲醇:水:磷酸(5:95:0.05);流速:1ml/min;检测波长:280nm;柱温:30℃.结果:没食子酸在24.1μg/ml~144.6μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=12.574C+6.251,r=0.9998;平均加样回收率为98.56%,RSD为2.24%.结论:该法简便可靠,能准确测定八味小檗皮散中没食子酸的含量,适用于八味小檗皮散质量标准的提高.: Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in BaweiXiaobopi powder. Method: HPLC method is used; The column is Swell ChromstarTM C18 (5μm, 4.6×250mm) and the mobile phase is Methanol-waterphosphate (5:95:0.05); The flow rate is 1ml/min; Contents are detected at a wavelength of 280nm; The column temperature is 30℃. Results: Gallic acid shows a good linear relationship in 24.1μg/ml -144.6μg/ml and the regression equation is A= 12.574C+6.251, r = 0.9998; The average recovery rat is 98.56% and the RSD is 2.24%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, and accurate for determination of gallic acid in BaweiXiaobopi powder, which is applicable for the improvement of the quality standards of Bawei Xiaobopi powder.
