摘 要:目的:了解慈溪杭州湾南岸小海鲜食品重金属的污染现状和食用安全性。方法:2010年10月-2011年12月采集杭州湾南岸滩涂养殖区的小海鲜,采用原子吸收法测定小海鲜食品中的铅和镉重金属含量,并根据相应标准对金属含量进行污染评价以及食用安全评估。结果:慈溪杭州湾南岸小海鲜中鱼类铅镉重金属低于国家无公害标准,而贝类、甲壳类重金属含量相对较高,除甲壳类中青蟹的Cd含量出现污染超标现象,贝类、甲壳类铅镉重金属均低于无公害标准;被调查的小海鲜食品中铅镉重金属含量均低于海洋生物污染评价标准。结论:慈溪杭州湾南岸小海鲜中鱼类食用安全较好,甲壳类重金属镉超标现象应引起有关部门的重视。Objective:To investigate the content of heavy metals in the seafood from Cixi,south of Hangzhou Bay and assess the seafood safety.Methods: The seafood samples were collected from mudflat cultured areas in south of Hangzhou Bay from October 2010 to December 2011.The contents of Pb and Cd were analyzed by Zeeman GFAAS,contamination estimation on seafood was conducted and the sea food safety was assessed referring to certain standrads.Results: The contents of Pb and Cd in fish were below the standard limits for harmless fishery food,and the contents of heavy metals in shellfish and crustacean were higher than those in fish.The contents of heavy metals in shellfish and crustacean were below the standard limits except the higher content of Cd in green-crab.Contents of heavy metals in the investigated seafood were under the evaluation standards of trace metal elements in aquatic organisms.Conclusion: The contents of Pb and Cd in the fish from Cixi,south of Hangzhou Bay is safe for health,but Cd level exceeds the safety limits in some crustaceans and should be noted by the relevant government departments.
