摘 要:用傅里叶干涉法,在LiNbO3∶Fe晶体中制作了一维光子晶格,利用功率计测量其衍射效率,研究了在改变晶格写入时间、掩膜孔间距对光子晶格带隙和衍射效率的影响,分别找到了制作光子晶格的最佳写入时间和最佳的掩膜孔间距,实验结果表明,在写入时间为12min时,光子晶格的折射率调节度最深,光折变效应达到饱和,此时光子晶格的衍射效率相比来说最高,另外在不改变其他条件时,改变掩膜孔间距,发现在孔间距2a=8mm时,其带隙最宽,衍射效率最高。Designed a one-dimensional photonic lattice in LiNbO3 : Fe crystals by Fourier transform and measured the diffraction efficiency by power detector, and the influence of varia- tion of writing time and spacing of film hole on the diffraction efficiency, and Photonic bandgap were studied. The experimental results show that, in the writing time of 12 min, the refractive index was modulated deepest, and photorefractive effect reached saturation, At this time, the dif fraction efficiency of photonic crystal lattice reached the highest. When the hole spacing 2a= 8mm, the widest band gap and the highest diffraction efficiency was found as other condition re- mained intacted.
