摘  要:混合动力驱动可以解决公路车辆的燃油经济性问题,优化了的CVT混合动力驱动是基于两排无级变速传动(CVT)并联的混合动力传动装置。已经证明和常规的柴油动力车辆比较节约燃油超过30%,同时该传动系还提供了良好的运行性能和高的乘坐舒适性,可不中断牵引进行内燃机的起动过程和两速度间的换档。本文阐述了该传动系的概念和对动力换档,发动机起动,燃油消耗和能量平衡的试验结果。Hybrid propulsion is a viable solution to improve the fuel economy of road vehicles. The Opti- mised CVT Hybrid is a parallel hybrid driveline based on a two-range Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). Fuel savings of up to 30% compared with a conventional diesel-powered vehicle have been demon- strated, but the driveline also provides good drivability and high ride comfort. The starting process of the IC engine and shifting between the two speed ranges are performed without interruption of traction. The pa- per describes the driveline concept and presents experimental results on the powershift, the engine start, fuel consumption and energy balance.
