榄香烯联合紫杉醇/替加氟治疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察榄香烯联合紫杉醇/替加氟(FT-207)治疗晚期食管癌患者的临床疗效。方法 36例晚期食管癌随机分为两组,每组各18例,单纯化疗组:紫杉醇135 mg.m-2静滴第1天,加替加氟静滴80 mg.m-2第1～5天,21 d为1个周期。联合化疗组:化疗方案同单纯化疗组,另加榄香烯500 mg静滴第1～14天。观察两组病人疗效、不良反应、生活质量的改善情况。结果单纯化疗组有效率38.9%,联合化疗组有效率50.0%;联合化疗组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞总数减少、恶心、呕吐及均低于单纯化疗组(P<0.05)。生活状况改善率单纯化疗组44.4%,联合化疗组55.6%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论榄香烯联合紫杉醇/替加氟治疗晚期食管癌,能够提高化疗疗效,减轻化疗毒副作用,改善晚期食管癌患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of elemene combined with paclitaxel/tegafur concurrent chemotherapy in the treat ment of advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods A total of 36 advanced esophageal carcinoma patients were divided randomly into two groups： one is pure chemotherapy（PC） group. Eighteen advanced esophageal carcinoma patients were treated with paclitaxel 135 mg ·m2 drips in the first day and tegafur 80 mg· m2 drips dl ～5, repeated for three weeks）, and the other is combined chemotherapy （CC） group. （Chemotherapy is the same to the pure chemotherapy group, and plus elemene 500 mg iv. drop,day 1 ～14, repeated for three weeks ）. Efficacies, toxicities and the quality of life were all analyzed and compared after chemotherapy. Results The response rate was 38.9% in PC group, and 50.0% in CC group. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The toxicity in PC group was more severe than that in CC group（P 〈0.05 ）, and the rate of life quality improvement was significantly different be tween the two groups（ the PC 44.4% , the CC 55.6%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Elemene combined with paclitaxel/tegafur concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma patients is safe and effective, and it can release the side effects of chemotherapy and improve their quality of life.
