摘  要:采用化学分析法对柱花草(Stylosanthes guianensis)热研2号、热研10号和热研13号在分枝、孕蕾、初花、盛花和成熟期地上部分植株风干样品的水分、粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、碳水化合物和粗灰分含量进行了测定,以了解其营养价值动态规律及不同品种间的营养含量差异.结果表明,3个品种柱花草的含水量均在质量分数7.00%以下,粗蛋白含量平均为质量分数8.38%~11.85%,粗纤维含量在质量分数48.00%以上,粗灰分含量在质量分数4.00%以上,碳水化合物和粗脂肪含量相对较低,分别只有质量分数18.00%~28.00%和1.32%~2.85%;柱花草的粗蛋白、碳水化合物含量随植物生长逐渐下降,粗纤维含量在营养生长期后期升高;柱花草3个品种中,热研10号粗蛋白和碳水化合物含量均显著高于另外2个品种,而粗纤维含量则变化较小,始终在3个品种中保持居中水平.The contents of water, crude protein, crude fibrin, crude fat, carbohydrate and crude ash of Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No. 2, No. 10 and No. 13 in different phenophase were measured. The results showed that the content of water, crude protein, crude fibrin, crude ash, carbohydrate and crude fat of three varieties S. guianensis were 〈 7.00% ,8.38% - 11.85%, 〉 48.00%, 〈 4. 00%, 18.00% - 28.00% and 1.32% -2. 85% ,respectively,and that the content of crude protein and carbohydrate decreased gradually during the vegetative growth. The content of crude fibrin increased at late stage of the vegetative growth. Among the three varieties of S. guianensis, the contents of curde protein and carbobydrate in Reyan No. 10 were significantly higher than that in the other two. The content of crude fibrin in Reyan No. 10 nearly was of no change, and was at the moderate level among that in the three varieties.
